Abbey Temple

Director of Market Intelligence, PulteGroup – Raleigh Division

Abbey Temple has been a standout member of the Raleigh Chapter since its launch just three months ago—and her impact has been immediate. In April, she stepped up to co-lead the chapter alongside Amanda Hoyle and Erica Leatham, bringing unmatched energy, dedication, and heart to the role. From day one, Abbey has gone above and beyond to ensure every member feels seen, supported, and empowered. Whether she’s coordinating learning sessions or championing her fellow leaders, she does it all with a smile and a spirit of service that truly embodies what leadership looks like.

Abbey’s journey into land development is as inspiring as her leadership. After seven years in the sports industry—including roles in college athletics at UNC and with Capstone Event Group—she made a bold career pivot into homebuilding in 2018. That experience fuels her passion for helping other women navigate growth and change in their own careers.

Today, Abbey serves as the Director of Market Intelligence for PulteGroup’s Raleigh Division, where she plays a key role in shaping land acquisition and sales strategy across the Triangle and Triad markets. She also leads Pulte’s national Market Intelligence Council and is a dedicated mentor, known for uplifting others and investing in their success.

A proud Tar Heel, Abbey holds both a BA in Journalism and an MA in Sports Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill. She and her husband Zach, her college sweetheart, have been married for 12 years. Outside of work, Abbey is active in her church, loves to travel, stay active, cook, and spend time with family and friends.
