Pam, President and Owner of TMTLA Associates, has become a valued part of the Raleigh market through her leadership, mentorship, and commitment to advancing the land development industry. As the owner of a full-service landscape architecture and land planning firm based in Durham, North Carolina, Pam brings more than 20 years of experience across all phases of design, from initial concept planning through entitlements, rezonings, construction documentation, and observation.
Licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina and a LEED Accredited Professional, Pam brings a high level of expertise, professionalism, and insight to the land development community. Under her leadership, TMTLA Associates has grown as a WMBE Certified Woman-Owned Business in North Carolina, reflecting her dedication to excellence, representation, and meaningful industry impact.
Pam’s passion for community, mentorship, and thoughtful design continues to make a lasting difference within both her profession and the Raleigh Chapter. Her leadership and willingness to support others reflect the mission and values of Ladies in Land.

We are proud to recognize Megan as our Chapter Member of the Month for the Raleigh, NC Ladies in Land market.
Megan, Land Analyst with Garman Homes, has become a valued part of the Raleigh market through her industry knowledge, professionalism, and passion for North Carolina’s real estate and homebuilding markets. With experience in property management, permitting, land procurement, investment property development, rentals, and sales, she brings a well-rounded perspective to the land development community.
Her career has included serving as an Operations Manager and Property Manager with Ronald Scott Properties, where she strengthened her project management, market knowledge, and client relationship skills. She later worked as a Permit Coordinator with True Homes, building relationships with local municipalities and supporting the development of communities throughout the Raleigh area.
Raised in North Carolina, Megan is passionate about helping communities grow and supporting the land development process in the state she calls home. Her dedication to continued growth, collaboration, and community impact reflects the mission of Ladies in Land.
